Yes. TargetBoard includes an out-of-the-box KPI catalog to help you get started quickly, but every framework can be customized. How often are KPIs updated/refreshed?

KPIs in TargetBoard are refreshed continuously based on the data sources they connect to. Most integrations update in near real time, while others sync on a scheduled basis. This ensures your dashboards always reflect the most current and accurate view of performance.
